Reports and recommendations
See what Nuxie has noticed about your app and decide what to do next.
Reports bring changes in your app to your attention, such as a drop in onboarding completion or a shift in subscription activity. Each Report brings together what Nuxie has noticed and the data behind it, giving you a place to investigate the finding and decide what to do next.
An individual observation is called a Signal. A Report connects those Signals with the context needed to understand them.
Findings and evidence
Open For you to see your Reports. A Report may start with a finding that needs more investigation. Open its evidence to see the source, time period, and users involved.
For example, a fall in conversion among users from a new campaign suggests a different problem from a fall across all users. The Report gives you that starting context; a Task lets you explore it further.
Start a Task
Choose Start Task to investigate a Report with Nuxie. The Report’s context is included, so you can start with the question you want answered:
Check whether the drop is concentrated in the new campaign. Compare those users’ onboarding paths before proposing a design change.
If a Task already exists, the Report links you to it. Answer takes you to a question Nuxie needs help with, Continue returns to the conversation, Review opens work awaiting a decision, and View progress shows ongoing work.
The investigation may lead to a recommended change, or it may find that no action is needed. Either result stays with the explanation in the Task. Changes that need approval are presented as a Proposal.
New evidence
A Report can receive new Signals while you’re investigating it. You can review these separately from the findings the Task started with. If they change the question you’re trying to answer, continue the Task and ask Nuxie to include them.
Suggested reviewers
Use Suggested reviewers to choose workspace members who should look at the finding. This is useful when a Report needs someone else’s product or billing context. Suggested reviewers keep their existing app access and approval permissions.
Clear or dismiss a Report
Choose Clear when you’re finished with a Report in your own For you view. Other workspace members can still see it. Use Undo to bring it back to your view.
To close the Report for the workspace, open its menu and choose Dismiss report for everyone. Select a reason and add an optional note so others can see why it was dismissed. This stops the investigation; work already approved continues separately.
You can find cleared and dismissed Reports in Cleared. Choose Restore to reopen a dismissed Report. Restoring makes it available again without starting a new Task.
