Giving context and feedback

Use your app's context, files, and feedback to shape the result.

You can give Nuxie screenshots, files, and details about your app to guide its work. Use them to explain who you’re building for, match an existing design, or investigate a specific set of data. As the work develops, give feedback in the same Task to refine the result.

App context

Describe the audience and what you want them to do. For example, onboarding for users arriving from a running challenge might focus on completing a first workout. Include the offer if it matters: perhaps your monthly and annual plans both include unlimited training plans.

For design work, share the parts of your app that the Experience should match. Screenshots, preferred colors, and examples of your writing are useful here. You can also name things to keep, such as the account-creation step or an existing purchase integration.

For an investigation, name the connected account, date range, and comparison:

Compare onboarding completion for September 14–27 with the previous two weeks. We changed the acquisition campaign on September 21, but kept the same screens.

Attachments and references

Choose Add content → Upload files in the composer, select your files, and wait for the upload to finish before sending. You can retry a failed upload or remove a file from the request.

The same menu lists available workspace references. Add the item you want Nuxie to use and explain its role. For a screenshot, that might be “match this layout,” “fix the issue shown here,” or “use this image on the welcome screen.”

Feedback

You can ask for a change to any part of the work. Name the screen, component, or finding so Nuxie knows what you’re referring to, and include anything you want to keep:

On the plan screen, keep the layout and imagery. Shorten the headline and put the annual plan first.

For interactions, describe what the user does and what should happen next:

When someone skips the goal question, show the general introduction. Keep their other answers.

You can refine an investigation in the same way:

Separate new and returning users. The campaign only targeted people who had never installed the app.

Corrections

If Nuxie has used the wrong fact or assumption, correct it in the Task and include the source when you have one. Explain whether you want it to revisit the conclusion, change the proposed work, or both.

For work awaiting approval, ask Nuxie to update the Proposal with your correction. You approve the version shown in the Proposal, so review the revised version before proceeding. See Reviewing and approving work.
