Tasks & Approvals
Understand how Nuxie prepares work and keeps consequential changes under your control
A Task is the working relationship between you and Nuxie for one bounded outcome. It holds the conversation, evidence, Project changes, and reviewable results together.
Direct Tasks
Choose New Task when you already know what you want. Describe the outcome in ordinary language. Nuxie can ask for missing information, inspect the connected app context, and create or change work inside the Task.
Recent Tasks appear on Home so you can return without reconstructing the context.
Reports
A Report is something Nuxie noticed that may deserve investigation. Reports separate observation from action: the card tells you what was found, but nothing is changed simply because a Report exists.
Choose Start Task to open a Task with the Report and its evidence already attached. The Task may conclude that no action is justified.
Proposals
When a Task recommends a consequential change, Nuxie prepares one exact Proposal. The review shows the subject and impact of the change before you approve or deny it.
Approval is intentionally narrow:
- It applies to the exact Proposal shown.
- A material change requires a new approval.
- Denying a Proposal stops that version of the work.
- Nuxie rechecks current permissions and target state before execution.
Publishing from a Task
An Experience publish is a consequential action. Nuxie can prepare the Project and publish review, but the publish itself uses the same server-issued review and approval boundary as a publish started from the Editor.
After approval, Nuxie follows the publish through its real terminal state. A failed update does not replace the last known-good live version.
Good requests
Give Nuxie the goal and constraints, not a checklist of product clicks. For example:
Create an upgrade Experience for free users who hit the export limit. Keep one primary CTA, use our existing annual Product, and treat purchase completion as the goal.
This gives the agent enough intent to choose the right screens, Flow, Product binding, trigger, and goal while keeping the result reviewable.
